We accept returns only in case of damage, and you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. A clear photo or video of the damage may be requested for verification.
